What determines the quote?
We do not publish a universal rate or project fee that ignores the work involved. Use the items below to review the complete arrangement.
Equipment arrangement
Purchase or placement terms, installation, accessories, and eventual removal.
Cash responsibilities
Who funds and replenishes the cash, and how discrepancies are handled; cash funding is separate from the model's monthly operating contribution.
Operating costs
Connectivity, maintenance, service, insurance, and other charges confirmed by the provider.
Revenue and agreement
The exact share calculation, deductions, term, renewal, exclusivity, and exit conditions.
Before approving
Ask for the deliverables, one-time and recurring costs, third-party charges, responsibilities, timing dependencies, support arrangements, and change or cancellation terms in writing. An initial enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.
