HOW IT WORKS
Know the next step before you start.
A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.
1. Describe the need
- Business type, town, and proposed location
- Customer cash requests or other evidence of demand
- Opening hours, property-owner questions, and available connections
- Whether you want to explore ownership or managed placement
2. Clarify the fit
We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.
3. Define the proposed outcome
- A location and demand brief for a placement discussion
- A side-by-side list of costs and operating responsibilities
- An illustrative economics model with stated assumptions
- Questions to resolve in a separate written placement agreement
4. Agree the arrangement
Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.
5. Keep the handoff visible
The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
