WORKING EXAMPLES
Test the assumptions behind an ATM location.
The ATM economics explorer is a working planning tool. This fictional location exercise is not a placement offer or an earnings forecast.
Scenario
An example retailer is comparing an owned machine with a managed placement and has not yet established actual withdrawal demand.
Model
Enter a withdrawal estimate, surcharge, proposed share, and operating costs in the explorer. The result models withdrawals multiplied by surcharge and share, less the entered costs.
Challenge
Try lower demand and higher costs. Keep cash funding, one-time equipment costs, and applicable taxes distinct from the displayed monthly contribution.
Resolve
Ask the provider to confirm suitability, availability, the complete fee arrangement, cash responsibilities, and support in writing.
Use the example to prepare your own brief
- Business type, town, and proposed location
- Customer cash requests or other evidence of demand
- Opening hours, property-owner questions, and available connections
- Whether you want to explore ownership or managed placement
Example workflows explain a method. They do not establish a guaranteed result, provider capability, or customer endorsement.
